We understand things don't always work out! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days. The returned item must be in its original condition, including all tags, packing and accessories and you will receive a prompt refund. We will credit your original payment method less shipping and handling charges. We will, however, refund shipping charges on products that are defective or received in error. Upon receipt of your items, please inspect your order IMMEDIATELY! If you believe you have received the wrong item or a damaged item, you must contact us within three days at firstname.lastname@example.org
Exceptions can NOT be made if you've had the item(s) in your possession for a longer period, if the items have been washed or if they have been worn. We inspect every single item prior to shipping but we can overlook things too so please be sure to inspect your order promptly! We do not accept returns on customized items or clearance items. We encourage you to insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Please note: There will be a 15% restocking fee on all preference returns. We do not process exchanges due to the high order volume. If you'd like to "exchange" the item, the best course of action is to go ahead & purchase the item you want, send back the item you don't want & we will issue a prompt refund upon receipt of the exchanged item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable on preference returns (returns made for any reason other than receipt of damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise).
